This past week we learned about the importance of being a cheerful giver. Our Bible story came from 2 Corinthians 9:7 and told the story of Paul writing letters to the church at Corinth. One of the letters explained that Paul's friend Titus was coming along with a letter to the Corinthians. The Corinthians gave Titus an offering of money. Titus did not keep the money. Titus instead then gave the offering of money to Jesus-followers who were going through a hard time. We can all be generous with the gifts God has given us, but it is also important to give with a good attitude. Even when we don't feel like being generous, we can always make the choice to have a good attitude when we're giving. Everything we have is a gift from God.

Give with a good attitude.
