Harvester has partnered with the Pasco County School District's Students in Transition Team to help children who have been identified as at chronic risk of going hungry over the weekend.
We have committed to putting together (46) one gallon zip lock freezer bags of nonperishable food items each week to provide for these children.

Hello Harvester! Many thanks to those of you who brought in change bottles this past week. There were 5 which totaled more than $60! That covers 6 shoeboxes. Awesome!
We're still pushing hard to collect the remaining items for our first aid/med kits. Alcohol prep pads, band-aids, and lip balms are at the top of our Amazon wish list. The band-aids and lip balm are a little pricier than the alcohol pads, but these are in larger quantities and we need far fewer. Please consider checking out the list and helping to fill our kits!
We'll target the school supply kits in August when the items we need are available everywhere.
In addition to our QR code on our main board, you can still reach our Amazon Wish List via this link: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2MJIXAPCEKFDL/ref=nav_wishlist_lists_2
You may have heard that Harvester's VBS this year has chosen OCC as their mission. Children will learn what OCC is, how we pack shoeboxes, how excited the recipients are to get them, and how some have affected the children and their families. I'm so excited we can be a small part of VBS this year!
June's collection items are Toys! We always make sure there's at least one large toy in each box, as well as smaller toys to fill in the spaces. Balls, flying discs, cars, dolls, etc., are all great items to include.
In the meantime, please keep working on those Spare Change bottles. We'll continue to collect these throughout the year as every penny helps send one more box to a child to learn about Jesus!
Thanks again for your support of this mission!
